Keir and I both grew up visiting the Boardwalk and decided it was a place we wanted to make sure and visit during our stay with Grandma and Grandpa Jones. The kids (and adults) had a blast! I think the rides, size of the park, etc. was much better for their age than Marine World!
Allison asked to go on this ride AGAIN! I couldn't even believe she went on in the first place. She LOVED it! Luckily, there was nobody waiting in line and the girl in charge of the ride let them stay on a few more times.

This sky ride looked like a fun thing to do with the kids. They would be able to see the whole park, the beach, the ocean, etc. Right? WRONG! Oh my gosh, I am not sure I have ever been afraid of heights before, and I am sure that I have gone on this exact ride before. But, this time I was TERRIFIED! I am sure when I was twelve I was not worried about the fact that there were no seat belts, and I didn't have two squirmy children who could easily slip below the bar across my lap. Not to mention that the seats seemed really short and were painted so nicely that they were extremely slippery. Allison had NO FEAR, and kept wanting to stand up, look around, see daddy and Cayden behind us. I swear, I almost lost her a couple times. Needless to say, we did not make the round trip back to where Grandma and Grandpa were waiting. We got off, and walked back. Heart still pounding. Never again. Not with kids anyway.

After eating plenty of corn dogs, garlic fries and ice cream, and of course making sure the kids went on every ride (some multiple times!), we finished the day by driving up the coast to visit Aunt Kim, Uncle Brian, and Austin for some amazing BBQ and S'mores. What a fun day!
