Mom and Dad took Cayden and I to Ha-why-ya for 10 days. It was so much fun to hang out with all our family. Crazy Grandpa Jones and Grandma Jones were there. Grandpa Jones taught Cayden and I shaka ka-pow and how to use chop sticks. Auntie Kim and Uncle Brian were there with Austin. It was super fun to play with our cousin--one day the three of us are going to be big trouble makers when we're together. Uncle Jeremy and Auntie Ellen were there to. They got married on the beach while we were there. Auntie Ellen had Cayden throw flowers on the sand and I got to carry the rings--I think they were plastic though...they thought that I'd loose them in the sand. Tu-tu (Great-Grandma Jones) was there too.
We stayed in a nice house on the beach and everyday we got to play in the sand. Mom and Dad built lots of sand castles, but we wrecked them as soon as they were built. Cayden liked to eat the sand. Speaking of eating, Cayden and I ate a lot of noodles and rice while we were in Ha-why-ya. You can order noodles and rice at all of the places we ate. I don't think Mom is ever going to eat noodles again!
One day we went on a long drive to a place that was really windy. It was so much fun! It was so windy that we could hardly walk. I ran the fastest ever and didn't even mean to. Cayden's hair was crazier than mine--finally!
The airplane ride was lots of fun--but really long. One time Dad fell asleep when he was supposed to be watching me and I had to hit him to wake up. Mom, a few rows back with Cayden, could hear me saying "Da-da, book please" over and over again while hitting him. Finally Dad woke up, but by then everyone was looking.
Cadyen and I really loved being in Ha-why-ya. Having a huge sand box out our backdoor was cool, but it was coolest to be with all of our family that we don't get to see so much. They're the ones that really made it special for us.
Every time we put on our crocs we ask Mom and Dad if we're going to Ha-why-ya again. I think Mom and Dad are going to hide our crocs for the rest of the summer.
Here are some pictures of all the fun we had:
